Hi, I’m Jacob Foster.

I used to work for a large, multinational firm and saw first hand how the company’s hefty fees and charges often upset clients.

I felt business owners in Queensland needed a complete, one-stop fire protection and electrical service that was both professional and affordable.

So, in 2008 my wife Kerri and I stared our own company on the Fraser Coast.

We quickly found our services were in demand throughout Queensland. After just six months, we had retail clients from Cairns to the Gold Coast.

In fact, word-of-mouth recommendations have been our main source of business.

And, not only with homeowners and companies on the coast. Farmers, mining companies, government departments and other clients in remote areas of Queensland have come to know they can rely on FCF Fire and Electrical for a cost-effective service that is done right the first time.

In December 2009, we established an office-warehouse so that FCF Fire and Electrical could stock a complete range of fire protection and electrical equipment to better service retail, commercial and industrial clients across the state.

Our team of licensed electricians and technicians use the best computer systems available.

PDA phones allow our staff to access FCF Fire and Electrical’s secure online network instantly. They can see the full history of a client’s systems, make sure they inspect and test all equipment, and add new information.

This advanced technology is good for our clients too. They know they can go online whenever they need to review their assets, equipment maintenance history, and to see and approve quotes.

Not only are our staff licensed, they undergo regular training to ensure they are up to date with the latest safety industry standards and regulations, as well as latest fire protection and electrical industry developments.
